Just got my S21 Ultra battery replaced from an authorized Samsung Service Centre; but my Phone diagnostics still showing that the new battery is also having some issue and has a weak life. So, could there be a software issue with the Samsung Members app?

Your battery gone if your phone is in warranty period your battery will replaced in service center otherwise you may charged for new battery replacement.

I already replaced my phone's old battery because of this, but even after installing a new battery, the Phone Diagnostics is showing this.

It may be of a members app bug bro or it shows older results you should hold on members app logo and go to settings and clear the app data and try again.....
If it works click on three dots on my reply and accept as a solution

Go to the service center and tell them about this error, bro. (Try not to pay for it.)

This means old battery replaced in your phone .
