I am writing to inform you about several issues I have been experiencing with my Galaxy S24 following recent software updates. These problems have significantly affected the performance and usability of the device:

  1. Lag in opening apps, which disrupts the overall user experience.
  2. Camera clarity has noticeably degraded, failing to meet the expected quality.
  3. Battery overheating during normal usage, causing discomfort and concern.
  4. Occasional system crashes and unexpected app closures.
  5. Reduced battery life, even with minimal usage.
  6. Slower fingerprint sensor response.

Despite following standard troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache and restarting the device, these problems persist.

I trust Samsung's commitment to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer support, which is why I hope for a speedy resolution. Please advise on the next steps or provide an update regarding fixes in future updates.

Asking for too much of software updates will only make the handset go to worst condition. Be happy with what the handset gives us in regular usage on daily basis.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
