Overheating Issue after Warranty Repair (Screen Replacement)

My brother purchased this phone S9+ in Malaysia (pre-booked) and got the screen replaced after 10 months because of screen burns in navigation bar. After the screen was replaced, i am experiencing overheating issues on display and back of the phone while charging and using the phone for a while. I am using this phone in Nepal.

The screen was replaced in Malaysia in authorized service center within warranty period. Being the phone not purchased in Nepal and no warranty left to send the phone back to Malaysia, how do I conplain the customer care and address my issue? If i approach the customer care here in Nepal, i might end up paying for a new display or a new battery ? Is there any viable solution to this issue?

this is normal thing....after display replacement for few days mobile will heat little bit

they degrade product quality and change productions after 6 to 7 month , bcz they are focusing on new devoices
