I am experiencing a technical issue with my S24 Ultra device. When my signal strength is two or three bars, the person on the other end of the call is unable to hear me. I would like to know if anyone else has encountered this problem.

Try to disable 5G (use LTE network mode) and restart the phone. Try it for a few days to see if there's any improvement.
Also disable the Wi-Fi Calling option when you don't have good wifi signal.

I have attempted several troubleshooting steps to resolve a persistent issue with my device, including disabling 5G, resetting the network settings, replacing the SIM card, visiting a Samsung service center where the device was formatted and new software was installed. Despite these efforts, the issue persists.

Then it might be hardware related.

It's not hardware related, I have the same problem. It's a software issue. If I make a call and put speaker on, my voice is echoed back to me. When that happens, the other end can't hear me. When your phone doesn't function at it's most basic task its a pretty useless phone.

Please also try the following:
- Check if you have installed any third-party app, as this may be causing the issue.
- Check if you have any updates for your device. Settings > Software update > Installation.
- Restart your phone by pressing and holding the power button and volume down key for at least 5 seconds or until the screen turns off.
- Try resetting network settings: Settings > Scroll to and tap General Management > Tap Reset > Reset Network Settings > Reset.
