For some reason on my new S25 ultra I am not able to get OTPs first to do the upgrade in the shop and now to claim the offer on the buds. Please advise store has tried everything but no otp comes.

Yes, eventually it did. Apparently samsung servers were down

Again it did not work my 3rd visit to the store no otp generated it is not a server issue.

I have been to the store 3 times now and each time I have not received an otp. Please either resolve or provide me a work around to avail my buds 3 pro.

It does not pay to be a samsung customer. I have just spent half an hour in the retail store on support +91180057267864 after putting me on hold I am told to call 1800107267864. They basically tell me go call whoever generated the code. My Galaxy generated the code. Eventually I am told a call back from the pre sale team will be arranged.

Again I have been trying to avail my Samsung Galaxy Pro Bud 3 pre book offer generated from the My Galaxy on my new phone. Everyone else seems to have it done.

But I don't get a OTP which do your the loyal customers have to suffer the most

So samsung customer 30 min tells me to call samsung shop samsung shop after 15 min tells me you will get a call back from pre sale now speaking to pre sale I am told you need to call customer care. **bleep**
