OTP Issue with both Offer and Upgrade

For some reason on my new S25 ultra I am not able to get OTPs first to do the upgrade in the shop and now to claim the offer on the buds. Please advise store has tried everything but no otp comes.

I purchased my phone on February 3rd and have spent the past 21-22 days attempting to redeem the My Galaxy Coupon for the Buds 3 Pro. I am not getting otp and didn't get one in the phone upgrade process and now in the coupon redemption process.


Despite contacting customer service, the Samsung shop, the redemption helpline, and pre-sales, the issue remains unresolved, and no alternative solutions have been offered. Spending hours of my time on hold. Each department has transferred responsibility to another, resulting in a lack of progress. Consequently, I am highly dissatisfied with Samsung and will not purchase another phone from the company.
