OTP ISSUE, HELP NEEDED

Hello,

Could any1 help me for otp issue. All of sudden, I stopped receiving the OTP from MTP app and also from office login app. I checked all relevant ways, but unable to fetch the problem.

However I use to receive other OTPs from other store/apps. The issue is only with the above 2 said names.

The MTP otp is received to my m51 samsung.

The above issue started all of sudden.
I tried my best to clear the issues.
Please guide me for the solution.

I tried below steps 
1) uninstall/install of app 
2) Sim change from one phone to other. 
3) block list also checked ✔️ 
4) did a clear data/force stop wala step too.

Thanks for the suggestion, the issue is something that is not getting diagnosed

Hi Samsung team,

I have contacted the APP team, from their side no such technical glitch, as in my other Samsung phone and the mobile number, the OTP is received.

The issue is started in my phone all of sudden.

However, other platform/apps Otp is received. If the issue is with the above said app, I wouldn't have received the otp In my other phone/number.
