Screen Resolution Issue. In one UI 7

For better battery efficiency I prefer HD+ Settings when not needed. But after one Ui7 update. If i set to HD+ On my scscreen resolution, all the icons on apps appear Huge. For example on Instagram the top story bar becomes huge and only 2 story fills the width of the screen while on QHD+ upto 5 storys can fit. Most of the apps facing the issue.

On one UI 6 i haven't noticed the issue. Please resolve ASAP.
