As i told., issue caused widely by a supposed stable OTA update and complaints are huge they will release internal circular for service centers for free of cost replacement for eligible devices like update via OTA and no physical damage even on edges near to screen

If users are not buying a new device of Samsung, then they need to work on their older device to improve their quality.
Now, they are decreasing everything in their older devices to sell up their latest and upcoming devices.

This is what every smartphone maker does., when new phone launches they reduce camera quality of old phones via update so that when compared to new model it's looks low quality.

Have you noticed how much Samsung is spending on marketing on S25 series.... because same old design removed bluetooth from S pen., people are not willing to spend so much so everywhere you see AI gimmick of S25 series
