I'm talking about the recent updates and developments. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and I'm feeling a bit disappointed. The S25's launch date was in January, and the One UI 7 update should've come out in February, but it was quite surprising and disgusting and I'm hoping for improvements and better communication in the future I believe in open dialogue and sharing feedback, so I wanted to express my current sentiment as a s24 Ultra user. I'm looking forward to seeing positive changes and a renewed focus on customer satisfaction. Let's work together to make things better! I appreciate if they can give the one UI7 by the end of April month or i will soon enough end up switching to apple or some other brand even though i prefer samsung UI interface being treated like this is just not fair as i've paid a lot of money for luxury experience and on time software updates @samsungindia
Baba, you go for apple as soon as possible, never expect any improvement because this korean company is business and profit oriented, at present they focus to sell s25 series phone,therefore delay in software, this is law category thinking and because of selling new luanched phones they have disappointed many s24 and previous series customers and they know these customers will not go immidiately because they paid lots of money to purchase phone, this is devil thinking !
We would like to inform you that Android 15 (UI 7) will be initially available for the S24 model, scheduled for release around the end of April 2025. Other devices will follow shortly thereafter.
