According to global market data, India alone contributes around 20% to Samsung’s total smartphone market share, more than any single region. Add to that the rest of Asia-Pacific, and we’re talking about over 35% of Samsung's total user base.
Yet we still get pushed to the bottom of the list when it comes to software updates like One UI 7.
Why?
Because we haven’t pushed back.
Because we’ve normalized delay.
Because we’ve been too forgiving.
We’re not asking for special treatment — just the same timely updates, transparency, and user respect that Samsung gives to other regions. We pay lakhs for flagships. We buy midrange in bulk. We support the brand loyally. It’s time we demand equal treatment.
