Notification sound

I want to change my s23+ notification sound to custom sound, but i cant add a sound in the settings.

Also i cant find a notification sounds folder in my files so that i can add the custom sound to that folder and then change in the settings .

Can anyone help me?

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to add a custom sound to the notification.

Path: Settings > Sounds and vibration > Notification Sound.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

On the right top u can see essential, change it to all there u can see notifications folder
