Noticed gap between Frame and Screen on S23 ultra

I just noticed a gap between Frame and Screen of my s23 ultra on Right Side. There was a lot of dust inside and even a sticky note paper gets in easily.

The left side has no gap. 😔 Now I'm wondering if my phone is even waterproof or not.. 😞

Anyone here with S23 Ultra, if any please let me know if it is only with my phone.

This is a very unfortunate event. If that happens automatically without any physical damage to the frame or screen, and it's under warranty, it will be fixed easily. Just reach out to your nearest Samsung Mobile exclusive service center or Authorised one.

I visited service center but they said it is normal. Do you have any knowledge about it if it is normal or not?

No it's an issue. And it's absolutely not normal. It can damage your phone display and your phone's waterproof capability.
It can also happen if your phone's battery is swollen and it's pushing your display outside. If you need further help. Text me in the community.

Bro this problem is because your device is heating also from charging port side. Mere me to baar baar gap aa jata hai sahi kabane par bhi.

M20 & solution me shop me bahut baar Kara Chuka hu sayad unka gum sahi na ho ek baar pehle shop se karao agar out of warranty hai to nahi to phir service centre.
