Okay so I'm using the galaxy S23. But I haven't got any recent security updates (December) after the October one. Also I had factory reset my phone once in the last month. Has anything gone wrong in that process? Here's the CSC and service provider software version in the attachment. A solution would be nice. Thank you.

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the December security update already has been released for the Galaxy S23 series. If still not recieving, kindly visit the service center once and inspect your device by the technical team end. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
