I am not getting any software updates in my s22 ultra

It always says your software is upto date but it is still in android 13 oneui 5.1

What should i do?

I bought this as a secondhand device!

Go to service center Best Option, Don't do any stupidity

Look like Earlier owner has played a lot with hardware & software.

Update : I changed my csc to THL and was able to get the latest software update
