So the update that was supposed to come on December, it's still no here and we are on Feb, I have a America unlocked phone using in UAE.

Could that be the reason my updates are delayed?

Contact samsung. Mine is USA unlocked i got one ui 6 in January.
Plus i already got February security patch.

Try to Software update via Smart Switch

Sorry but I have tried this and smart switch says the app and the phone is in their latest versions
