New phone with old activation date

I purchased a s23 ultra mobile from a local vendor in UAE on 21 July 2023 and I received a sealed pack mobile. The mobile was completely new. When I was trying to purchase care+ service. It was not available for my phone. Then I checked with customer service online, they said the phone is already activated on 30 March 2023. The phone was totally sealed packed and I cannot see any tamper on it. The shop also said its brand new phone. How can I resolve this issue

That's because local vendors gets commission based on activation and not on sale...so they activate it ..for activation you need only IMEI code ..don't have to open the unit

So How about the Warranty claims.

As per Samsung warranty period starts from the Date of device activation. But as per seller warranty is provided from the date of invoice generated.

Samsung service center considers which date to cover ?
