New Korean version phone shows phone rooted when samsung pass

I bought new Box packed Samsung galaxy s24 ultra international version (Korean) in Abu Dhabi. When I try to install microsoft intune to create work profile or use any payment apps like gpay, I get an error "your phone is rooted" when its a new phone and it was never rooted. I Cannot install work profile or use Samsung pay or Samsung pass. 

Can anyone please help me with this.

You shouldn't have bought so called "international" version.
Now you should try to see IF you can flash India build on it.
There are many videos, posts about how to do it.
But do it on your own risk as it can brick phone.

Check settings - > about phone - > status information - > phone status
It should be Official.
If it show Custom, then the phone is rooted. Knox will be tripped.
In this case Samsung wallet and some bank apps will not work.
Apps linked to Knox security will not work.

The phone status shows official, but still when I try to use any knox related app, I get an error the phone is rooted. Any way to fix this?

Don't worry. You can solve your issues. Go to authoriser surf dg shop near by with your valid warranty or no need they can found from your mobile device. And show them
