I bought my phone "new" two weeks ago or so I thought... I'm in UAE and I bought S23 Ultra international version, from the beginning Samsung pass didn't work saying that my phone was rooted but if I check the status of the phone it's said "original" and I went to Samsung customer care and they said I need to go to Korea where the phone was made, also they told me the phone was already activated. So what I can do?? I just want to use all the features that Samsung has

I also have the issue but not in samsung pass but the samsung pay is not working.

There are two options factory reset or completely change the device But the device can be programmed either through Samsung or phone stores.

Unfortunately, if the phone is rooted, Samsung will often restrict access to certain features for security reasons, and the only long-term solution may involve replacing the device.
