My Galaxy s21 FE recentry start giving less network issue with my both sim Airtel and Jio. At same place it was working fine but from last 3 days I am unable to make any calls and receive calls. When I open wifi calling then it is working fine but with sim network it is not working. Please suggest.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Don't think it's a mobile issue.
It could be network issue at your area 5G work interferes with network connectivity, I have seen this a lot in Bengaluru, something similar going on in your area?
