5G switches to 4G all the time

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots also interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon also complaint to Jio customer support for this issue then try to it's again. Does it goes with other phones too or just your phone disconnects to 5G

Maybe u stay in area where 5g is there but unstable so phone switches to 4g
If u need 5g and phone not switching to 4g use only 5g mode if its available on network settings or else use 5g switch app in playstore
