Network issue in S20Fe 5G

I have issue of 5g network. Iam using Jio sim in my samsung s20 fe 5g. Some time 5g network and some time 4g network working both are changing automatically when i am still in 5g network area. please help me for stable 5g network.
Other phones are getting proper 5G, but my phone is still showing 4G, 
Network speed also very slow and the network I get is also always 1 point or 2 points when other brand phones show full network.

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode, interchange Sim in slots. Also complaint to your's service provider telecom company on his customer care support too. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Complaint krne ki jarurat nhi hai bhai. Reason simple sa hai 5G use krne par phone heat ho jata hai isiliye wo network maintain nhi kar pata aur 4G par shift ho jata hai. Constantly 5G chalana hai to phone ko thande environment me either cooler ya AC me use kro
