Charger issue or phone issue?

Can someone help me cause i bought an S24 fe a month ago along with a samsung 25w superfast charging supported adapter but it wont charge my phone(completely). It does charge my s20fe in sfc. Recently i bought a 45w sfc 2.0 charger and it still dosent charge my s24fe but when connected to a third party adapter it does charge. 

Basically my s24fe isnt charging from official adapter but does charge from third party.


Another problem i noticed is that even after having good signal with 5g network my phone only uses LTE or LTE+

You can turn on fast charging from setting....and turn of battery protection....which limits the battery charge to specific % . like 80% or 90%

For 5g connectivity...ensure that the sim card is in first slot amd tirn on 5g from settings....and if phone is in battery saving mode...it automatically turns of 5g to save battery

@Yatharth0904 fast charging is on and like i said it does charge from third party adapter without interruption. But when it comes to samsung official chargers it just dosent want to charge

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Galaxy device battery not charging issue: 1. Check connectivity & charger functionality:
Please check whether the charger cable and adapter is fixed well.
Remove charging cable and reconnect with mobile phone properly.
Check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.

Note: We recommend our customers to use only Samsung approved chargers, as 3rd party chargers with different output rating may cause errors in the device.

2. If the device charging with different charger, then kindly check the physical condition of your charger for any damage.

3. Please charge the device in switched off condition for 10 minutes.

For devices with removal battery, kindly remove the back panel of your device and check the physical condition (Bulge, Swelling or visible damage). If the physical condition is not good please do not try to charge or tamper the battery also request you to visit the service center immediately.
