 I am writing to bring to Samsung's attention an issue I have encountered with my Samsung Galaxy S23 device after updating to One UI 6.1.1. Specifically, I am unable to establish a network connection using my Airtel SIM card.

It is important to note that the SIM card functions properly when used in other devices, indicating that the issue is isolated to my Galaxy S23. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as it is causing significant inconvenience in my daily activities.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Same problem in my S22 as well. That is after the 6.1.1 update. Abruptly, the internet connection is lost, and the network bar shows 1 or 2 out of 4. After some time, the internet connection is established.

Were you able to fix this issue?
