Details of the Issue:Device: Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5GSIM: Jio 5G SIM cardCurrent Location: [Your Current Location]Problem: Unable to connect to Jio 5G network, despite proper settings and device compatibility.Steps I Have Taken:Network Settings: I have ensured that my device’s network mode is set to 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto-connect). I have also manually searched for networks, but “Jio True 5G” does not appear in the available networks list. The device only connects to 4G LTE, even though I am in a 5G coverage area according to the Jio network coverage map.Rebooting and Resetting: I have tried rebooting my phone and resetting the network settings multiple times. Despite these efforts, the issue persists.Software Updates: My device’s software is up to date with the latest firmware and security patches. I have also ensured that all network-related apps and services are updated.
