Netflix video playback issue on s23 ultra

Hai,
 I am having continuous isuue of playing hdr/hd contents on s23 ultra(it shows sd playback option only). Some times it goes and come back after switching off & most of the times it stays on sd only.definitely i have all the hdr plans & possible highest settings.But the issue was with s22 ultra and now s23 ultra also.

What is happening samsung😑

Please follow the below settings:

Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset all settings.

How many times i have to perform this? & this involves deletion of personal data too! is this a solution or practical.is it a bug? If it is,then Why doesn't it get fixed on software update.
