I have an issue regarding the video playback during calls. I can't use netflix while on call but it was working fine before. Need some suggestions.

Kindly make sure that the phone is updated to the last software version. Try to clear cache the Netflix app from the settings > apps > Netflix app > storage > clear cache. Uninstall the Netflix app, and reinstall it again.

Yesterday I updated the latest software and did all that still its the same not only netflix amazon prime osn+ it's same not working
