How to fix this laggy and jittery on the two edges of video, especially more ,while filming 1080p at 60 fps? Please samsung fix it.

No wifi is being connected on s22 ultra,i have total 3 network. All of them are showing connected without Internet.

While taking a photo with 108 MP, especially taking photo of a text document,phots are getting blurred.Some areas are in focused & some are blurred.Waited long,untill now to be fixed by OTT software update,but not untill now.so
