So I recently upgraded my Netflix plan and wanted to watch some HDR content on my phone, but for some reason Netflix doesn't even play stuff in HD on my phone. I hadn't realised since I used to just watch it on my TV. YouTube HDR works just fine. Anyone else having this issue?
Both Netflix and Samsung customer care blamed the other, so, no help from there.
Same issue.. sometimes it works after clean cache and data of Netflix or reinstalling Netflix again.. But still it works only sometimes .. I'm facing same issue since few days on S23 FE.

Please report the problems you are facing in your Samsung smartphone with a fresh log file which is in the form of a pdf file/jpg format. And also share a short video clip or 4 to 5 photos along with a pdf file, before and after the issue occurred, for better understanding.
Please share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence by using the error report option via the Samsung Member application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
I have been using the S23 FE since October 2023, but I still haven't received the update for HDR on Netflix. Both parties are blaming each other for the issue.
