My S20FE 5G is not showing 5g

I have both Samsung S20FE 5g and Samsung A53 5g...both have jio connections...My samsung A53 is showing 5g but S20FE 5g is showing LTE only in same place..Kindly help

Jio is the issue...

It's working in Bangalore
Seems jio issue not detecting this phone to give welcome offer
Get welcome offer somehow by putting this Sim in other device example oneplus... then put this Sim in this phone
