samsung s23 fe ringtone sound is going to silent automatically...please give solution

Now showing this in myjio app still cant use 5g

After updating my S20FE 5G...some odd problems are happening in storage after i am charging my phone..please refer the pictures...Everytime after restarting it becomes normal...i am facing the problem after charging the phone only...please help

I have both Samsung S20FE 5g and Samsung A53 5g...both have jio connections...My samsung A53 is showing 5g but S20FE 5g is showing LTE only in same place..Kindly help
