My Galaxy S9+ Software update keeps failing with "Processing failed"

I have been unable to update the OS of my Galaxy S9+ software since I got it

Each time I try to do an update it fails with "Processing Failed"

Please who can help?

I have  cleared my cache and asked Bixby to download the recent update but it does not work.

you two way to fix it which you might not like it . backup your device then format. after that try to update . if it still same issue then call samsung you let them take remote control to check up on your file . if they couldn't fix it for you . last solution take to samsung store and ask for replacement
