Multiple issues since Android 12 & Oneui 4 Update on Galaxy S10e

Since the Android 12 / Oneui 4 update one week ago several things don't work any more:

1.  Whatsapp: No Incoming Call Notification/Popup is shown while Phone is locked 

2. Spotify: No Music Widget is shown on lockscreen while music is playing

3. Google Clock/Timer App: Timer elapsed notifications come too late (several seconds too late) or they don't appear at all. 

In all cases, the problem seems to be the lockscreen. It's not getting waked up. Also when receiving a simple text or instant messaging message the sound gets played but the lockscreen won't wake up, as it did usually (and displaying the message content on the screen)

Another curious thing: I usually put my phone face down on the table (or wherever). If the phone is face down, no notifications will come through at all (including new text message notifications). If the back is on the table, at least the notification sound will appear.

This is really annoying. How can Samsung or Google release such a buggy software? I can't trust my phone anymore. Every 10 minutes I have to look on my phone (and double tap the lockscreen) if there are some messages or missed calls... Btw. As soon as I wake up the lockscreen manually, all (missed) notifications are shown and the appropriate sounds gets played...

I already cleared the system/update cache. Of course I checked the lockscreen settings: notifications are turned on and show content is switched on!

Any help?
