Is Samsung even listening to the feedbacks and Complaints of its valued customers ??

5 long months have elapsed since Samsung's "Greatest" flagship phone "The Samung Galaxy S24 Ultra has launched, even after numerous feedbacks on the phones unexpectedly poor camera quality and unlike flagship camera experience, Samsung has not worked upon improving this. It is very disheartening to see, even after shelling out huge amount on purchasing S24 ultra, it has not lived upto the expectations and the wait for any improvement has been too long now.

Would @Samsung take any action and come with an update or just stay quiet ??

I'm personally thinking to switch over either to Google Pixel 8 pro or Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

How about you, what are your thoughts on this ?

Low light S24 ultra is good but motion photography needs improvement not only in S24 ultra but in all Samsung phones like the shutter speed of Samsung is no match to chinese phones

I found low light photography and astrophotography very substandard and below par looking at 200MP main and twin telephoto lenses, not acceptable.
Motion blur on S24 ultra don't stand ground against chinese counterparts. They still work better. Have not seen any motion blur on iPhone since iphone X, Samsung needs to work on it and provide solution.

This is already done in detail by Samsung Care and by Samsung Engineers, they reported nothing wrong with camera hardware, and that the quality of pictures and videos has no issues, they are fine. I showed them the pictures and videos taken by ordinary 10k phone, iphone 13 pro amd asked to compare and self evaluate the quality with their S24 ultra, they informed they can't compare them as they're different brand and use different camera lens and hardware but HOW ON EARTH SAMSUNG CAN JUSTIFY 1.4L Rs PHONE GIVING SUCH A POOR AND HORRENDOUS CAMERA OUTPUT ??? You guys need to introspect and work on improving your cameras rather than asking silly questions.
