Galaxy SIf video is in .mkv, .mp4 with h.265(HEVC) or hdr10 it will not work.
It works only on few supported codecs
The same extension videos can have different codec so sometimes one video with same extension will work while other will not.
If the video is from your own camera even then it will not work if video is 8k, hdr10 or high bitrate.

Galaxy SThe default video extensions on samsung and most of the android phone is .mp4

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
