Hi Samsung team,

After updating to One UI 7 on my Galaxy S21 fe, I'm facing an issue where the mobile hotspot only works on the 2.4GHz band. When I switch to 5GHz, it does not turn on at all.

I've checked various settings
(like flight mode on off, data saver off, reset network setting, device restart) and the issue persists even I checked when the phone is not heating and not connected to a charger, so I don't think it's a thermal limitation. (this device is not in power saving mode, and the 5GHz hotspot was working properly on One UI 6).

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this?

I have the same problem with my TV UE50CU7172UXXH and both my A56 and S25 phones the last year. Customer support in my country (Greece) is awful. They did not know this problem and I updated my TV to the awful Tizen 8. Why you do that? Why problems like these arise ?
