App lock and dual apps feature Is missing in samsung 

I really disappointed with the samsung after purchasing mobile

You can use some dual apps from settings>advanced features > dual messenger

And also you can use all apps as dual from secure folder

App lock you can download from google playstore there are lot of free apps available

They never advertised these features anywhere. Didn't you research a bit before purchasing your phone?

Samsung's solution is Secure folder (even Google is introducing it as private space in Android 15) where you can install second set of apps and secure them with your biometric or pin authentication.

If you're looking for old school app lock or dual app, that's not available.

Dual messenger support available as far as the messaging app support the feature ( ex: Whatsapp).

Hello. Re App Lock: There have been a number of posts on this. I would suggest that you search the forum, for some options and workarounds.

Re Dual Apps: the standard WhatsApp app now supports multiple accounts in one app. Update to the latest version and check. See the screenshot in this post.

People need to really search up things before making a wild accusations and talk about they regret buying this or that and I'm not talking about simply samsung I assume u didnt buy the phone for such things then somehow realised it didn't have it and regret it and even if I did buy it for such reasons then it must be there a simple Google search will get u the answer within 10 seconds

This not a wild accusation. Every brand is offering these basic features and Chinese brands are also upgrading their software and hardware.
But still that lag is not expected from samsung.
Apple also has the same feature.
We community members have to raise our voice so samsung will match the features from market.
