I have received an update on my phone, after the update my phone has problems, half the screen was turned green and it started Flickering on the right.
Visited customer service and they said they cannot help as I bought this phone in USA. What is the use of purchasing such a costly phone and cannot get services in India.
Problem was from Samsung the update has done the damage to my phone. I have listened so many complaints of this display issue.
It looks like no one should buy a Samsung's costliest phones as they won't serve the customer. What is the use of the technology and connectivity worldwide when they cannot solve the issue in another country.
I am a loyal customer to Samsung, I have used S4, S6, Note 5, S8 and now Samsung S22 Ultra. But it looks like I need to divert from Samsung to other brands.
Really disappointed by the services of Samsung.
