My samsung S24 ultra is not able to wake up the lock screen upon receving the notifications can someone please help it's totally frustated to check by double taping the screen everytime
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to enable the wake up display while recieving the notification.
Step 1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings. Step 2: Tap on notification. Step 3: Tap on a Notification pop style. Step 4: Tap on enable the show even screen off.
In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open samsung member application > tap on support > tap on send feedback >choose composer option > select error > select the appropriate category > type your query ).
