My lock key is not working from past week tried to restart and many process i tried but no use. contacted authorised service center but they are lyk we will open the phone to check but if any damage cause while opening the phone then i need to pay for that damage such nonsence thing they was talkin. so please any of can suggest what should i do.

Hello, as mentioned in my previous post regarding a lock key not working i got checked my phone at kandivali(sky cell) in mumbai they said that lock key is not working due to water spilled on it and i agreed to it as water has spilled from a bottle and i have wiped it as soon as possible and not a minute has also passed but when i showed it in service center they said me board needs to be changed at it wil cost u around Rs. 15000, why are you charging me firstly they have mentioned the phone is water resistance after that also the phone key is damaged and not for a minitue has passed n have cleaned the phone n kept a side, buy such expensive phone and if any damage cause then u wil charge watevr u wish then stop fooling people by giving such ads lyk s7 edge is water resistance n all...never had such bad expirence with SAMSUNG
