Hello Samsung,

My myjio app is detecting this phone as samsung S9 and I already complained jio but they are saying its not there issue and Samsung will look into this.

I have attached a ss for this.

As samsung S9 is 4g device, I am not able to use 5g service.

  • I have reset the phone.
  • Even reinstalled the myjio app
  • On latest firmware (September)
Please someone help.

Am Just being curious, why it's showing s9, error from Jio end, or something in s23 from S9 😂

Mine is a foreign device(canada version) and its showing me S23 only.
My other friends have all foreign samsung device but 5g is working with them.

Thanks bro🥺🤩. But i have converted to esim now. I will have to add esim in some other phone, and do that process. But Thank u for the help.
