It's only working when our phone gets in low network zone. I am currently in my office basement in mumbai and the VOWIFI is working smooth and properly.
The only drawback is when you enable wifi-calling the rich enhance messaging service which i am getting through my messaging app for faster communication and upto 8000 character supports is disabling and have to restart or go for flight mode option.
