Issues with Dual Whatsapp

I have issues with my dual WhatsApp, it's not displaying any of my contact.

Can someone else has the same issue?.

Samsung please guide me.

Hi, you have turned on sepetare contact list for dual messenger. That's the reason your contacts are not displayed in dual WhatsApp

Open SETTINGS > ADVANCED FEATURES > DUAL MESSENGER > turn the toggle off for USE SEPETARE CONTACTS LIST.

I too had this problem when I tried setting up my 2nd whatsapp on my NOTE 9.I had to reinstall the new account multiple times to get the chatback up and contacts in my 2nd whatsapp account.Finally I got it..
