I have recently bought the S24 Ultra. I am facing some issues with Bluetooth headphone calls. When I pick up the phone, sometimes the person on the other side cannot hear my voice, but I can hear theirs. When I switch to the phone speaker, they can hear me. Initially, I thought it was an issue with my old ear buds I was using, but now I bought new Galaxy Buds 3 and am still facing the same issue with them.

If you get a chance now then go for one plus 12. Its a far better phone than s24 ultra!!!

Huh!!! I have a s24 ultra and previously i had s22 ultra and previous to that s20 ultra. I am a **bleep** samsung user. But after seeing the trend of samsung giving priority to s23 ultra over s24 ultra have wrote this. Even when i compare tge camera of s22 ultra it was far superior than s24 ultra.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

1 After launching the Galaxy Wearable app on a mobile device, you can select to listen to ambient sounds and adjust the volume of surrounding sound or choose active noise cancellation and control its intensity.
*Path: Galaxy wearable > Choose Ambient sound or Active noise canceling> Adjust volume or level.

2. Kindly check the dust or clean the tips of the buds and check once.

3. Kindly check the Accessibility sound check with normal.
Path: Galaxy Wearable> Earbuds settings>Accessibility.

Left/right sound balance: Adjust the left and right volume balance if you have a hearing impairment or if using a single earbud is more convenient. Drag the Left/ Right sound balance adjustment bar to adjust the balance. If you drag the bar to the left, the left earbud’s volume will increase and vice versa.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

This is not the solution. The problem not in earbuds but main issue is mobile software with bluetooth connection.
