Issue with screen turning off

Good evening 

Anyone experiencing issues with their screen turning off while viewing reels? Ive checked and my keep screen on while viewing is turned on. What else can the problem be? How do i remedy this? It wasn't an issue before. Now it is?

Try to restart the phone it might work...I once had a similar issue after a restart it was resolved
