Issue with permission tab on android 13

Provided all the permissions but still the app is not working for backup and asking for permissions.

Earlier there used to be option of permission for files and storage. But iam not finding it after updati9n to android 13. Plz help with a fix. 

Now also iam unable tp upload screenshots.
