Issue in call receiving

Hi, has anyone faced this issue where the caller says that someone else had picked up your phone? I've been told my callers that the voice was of someone from other gender. Do help me out how to sort this.

Sure. It has nothing to do with phone. Jio just **bleep** and cross connects

Not sure. Mostly no, I use jio it and happens quite often

In Jio it is the main problem it cross connects call to some other number. Between 4 callers cross connection gets established.

It is Jio's fault.
