I had a jio prepaid connection in my S21 fe, using 5g since 2 years.
But suddenly, I'm not receiving 5g connection since a week, and also the 4g/lte doesn't work.
I tried resetting the network, replaced the sim, but no success.
When I put my sim in other phones, it's working fine.
I also tried using idea and Airtel in my phone, even they are working fine.
It's something with this phone and this number, help me, unable to use 5g or 4g since a week
Also, unable to talk on the calls. Either I'm unable to call, or when I receive a call, the person on the other end isn't able to hear my voice clearly. I manually need to shift to wifi calling only then I'm able to take and place calls
