Instagram issues

Hello Samsung Team,

 I'm experiencing a recurring issue on my Galaxy S23 where the phone automatically restarts while watching Instagram Reels. The screen often freezes for a few seconds, and then the device reboots on its own. This problem happens consistently when using Instagram, especially during video playback in Reels.

 I've already tried the following:

 Updated Instagram to the latest version

 Cleared the app cache and data

 Reinstalled Instagram

 Checked for system updates

 Observed that the phone slightly heats up before restarting

 Despite these efforts, the issue persists. It started occurring after a recent software update (possibly the March patch), and I’ve noticed others facing the same problem.

 Please look into this and release a fix as soon as possible. This issue is affecting daily usage and performance reliability.

Instagram has issues with one UI 7.0 which was reported to Samsung during beta testing phase. They raised their hands saying the issue is with Instagram. Check for instagram updates in play store.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
