Galaxy SHi,
I am experiencing call drops in the incoming calls. After attending calls, it drops immediately and the weird part is, other end person is not experiencing this call drop!!. Its keeps ringing. I have checked with the same operator and another operator. The issue is the same.
As I recall, this issue started after updating to One UI Ver. 3.1 and Android 11.

Galaxy SPlease check wheather you can attend calls with your volume-up button.
(To activate that feature, (Go to Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity > Answering and ending calls > Press volume up to answer.)
If that doesn't work,
》Make sure your device software is up-to-date.
(Settings > Software update > Download and install)
》Clear Cache and Data of your "phone" App. (Plz note this will clear your call history)
(Settings > Apps > Phone > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data. )
》Update all apps from both Playstore and Galaxy store.
If still the problem persists,
Check what happens in "safe mode".
(Press and hold the power off button. ( 🔴 Red button on the screen). To exit the safe mode, just restart the device).

Galaxy S(Simply connect your device to the computer via data cable (or just insert a c-ported headset) > Switch off your device >Press and hold, power button + volume-up button for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on and boot into the recovery mode.
Use volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device. This will not effect any personal data or settings.)
